1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reserve ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. Reserve is operated by Reserve ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

Reserve is an online platform that connects pickleball players with venue owners for court bookings. We facilitate the discovery, reservation, and payment of pickleball court rentals. We act as an intermediary between players (users) and venue owners (partners).

3. User Accounts and Guest Bookings

  • You may book courts as a guest by providing your full name and phone number.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide.
  • Your phone number serves as your unique identifier for managing and retrieving your bookings.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your booking information.

4. Bookings and Payments

  • Pricing: Court rental prices are set by venue owners. Reserve does not add any platform fee — you pay exactly the price shown.
  • Payment: Payments are made directly to venue owners via their preferred methods (e.g., GCash, bank transfer, cash). Payment instructions are displayed after submitting a booking.
  • Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after the venue owner verifies your payment. Pending bookings not paid within the venue's requested timeframe may be cancelled.
  • Pricing Accuracy: While we strive to display accurate pricing, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel bookings made at incorrect prices.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation policies may vary by venue. Please review the specific venue's cancellation policy before booking.
  • Refunds for eligible cancellations are handled directly by the venue owner through the same payment method used.
  • Processing fees may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances.
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of venue closures, emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

6. User Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Respect venue rules and policies when using booked courts
  • Arrive on time for your booking and vacate the court at the end of your reserved time

7. Venue Owner Responsibilities

Venue owners who list their courts on Reserve agree to:

  • Maintain accurate availability and pricing information
  • Honor all confirmed bookings
  • Maintain their facilities in safe and playable condition
  • Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

Reserve acts solely as a booking facilitator. We are not responsible for:

  • The condition or quality of venue facilities
  • Injuries that occur at partner venues
  • Disputes between players and venue owners
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Reserve or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines.
